"TOP SECRET 🚀 Tasting notes: Pale strawberry color. Medium [-] intensity aromas of rose petals, blossom and strawberry with youthful characteristics. Medium acidity and dry on the palate with medium intensity flavors of same with traces of apricot and white peaches, medium alcohol (13.9 ABV), medium body on a prolonged finish. Very good wine. "Peter and Anna do a nice job with this wine and I was excited to try it. Medium ruby color with medium intensity aromas of red and dark fruits, white pepper, and allspice on the nose with developing characteristics. Dry with medium [-] on the palate with similar red and dark fruit flavors with medium [+] intensity and deeper notes of black pepper, tobacco and tea leaf. "Unfined and unfiltered lab tasting of the ‘21 Chardonnay. One third stainless and two thirds oak barrel MLF. Deep lemon color with medium [+] intensity aromas of honeydew melon, nectarine and traces of vanilla with developing characteristics. Well balanced acidity and dry on the palate with medium [+] intensity flavors of same with traces of apricot, higher target alcohol (14.6-14.8 ABV) and a long finish with additional tropical notes.
