Hi! I'm Kate, I love sharing my love of wine + education + supporting small wineries with you! @survivesonwine | WSET 3 in progress
"This is what I call a must have every day white wine. It is acidic, refreshing and brightens even the darkest day. I truly enjoy this wine often and it goes well with or without food. Those are the best!"
"A wonderful light-bodied, full of flavor easy drinking Grenache! Dried herbs, red fruits with a nice balance of acidity and tannin make this a perfect red wine with or without food. I know I will be buying this time and again. I drank it with pizza and venison tenderloin and also on its own. It wowed each time!"

"First off, Riesling is one of my favorite grapes for so many reasons. For the folks out there thinking you cannot make excellent Riesling in California, you are SO wrong! This wine was so lovely. Green apple, lemon juice, lime zest, white grapefruit, pear, wet stones and white blossoms on the nose and palate. Lovely refreshing acidity and it went incredibly well with roasted potatoes and rosemary! This is a win!"

"This Gewürztraminer gives me all I want from this grape! It is intensely aromatic on the nose, grapefruit, lemon juice, wet stones, honeysuckle, orange blossom, baking spices and then these come alive on the palate with candied pineapple at the forefront! I will most definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a white wine they can drink all year round! I paired this in a fun wine tasting class with a few food items you NEED to do. Gingerbread loaf WITH munster cheese on top, trust me sounds weird but go for it! I also paired it with the spice sweet chili doritos and that was also a great pairing. This wine would pair with most foods, just avoid overly acidic things and salads! "
