Optio Vineyards is a micro-boutique winery located in Paso Robles, CA. Established in 2014, our mission is to select the best grapes, from the best vineyards, to create the best wines in the region.
Optio Vineyards works meticulously with our vineyard manager and winemaker to craft the most balanced wines in Paso Robles. Our estate LaMar Vineyard sits on a hilltop at 1100 foot elevation nestled in the tail end of the Templeton gap within the Geneseo District appellation.
We produce a limited amount of wine each year. Low yields, high quality.
