Due to the warm climate of the Central Valley, we spend a lot of time managing the vineyard canopy and crop load to ensure the quality fruit production.
To create the fruit forward style, we ferment for 1 week on the skins, and press off before dryness to prevent over extraction.
10 months neutral oak to keep the fruity nature of the wine.
