This single varietal Cabernet Sauvignon is dark in the glass and lavish on the nose, with notes of crème de cassis, black cherry, graphite, hickory, white chocolate, and herbal notes that all flow to a full-bodied, powerful wine that has building tannins, hints of background oak, and incredible intensity and length. It has a beautiful purity of fruit and just enough acidity to make it entirely approachable now and it will only continue to improve.
