We make a restrained Cab to be enjoyed with a broad variety of foods.
Grapes for our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon were grown in the Clifton Hill, Ravenscliff, Northridge, and Purple Sage vineyards (all high-tiered sites on the Wahluke Slope). These are warm, dry vineyard locations that promote full ripening of red grapes with drip irrigation for optimal control of each stage of vine growth. The wine is 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Malbec.

Medium ruby color with medium intensity aromas of dark Cherry, red currant, clove and nutmeg with developing characteristics. Medium acidity and dry on the palate with medium [-] intensity flavors of same with well structured medium tannins, high alcohol (14.0 so very modest for this varietal from PNW) and medium [+] finish. A very good wine. Drink now would not benefit from additional aging."
