"First off, Riesling is one of my favorite grapes for so many reasons. For the folks out there thinking you cannot make excellent Riesling in California, you are SO wrong! This wine was so lovely. Green apple, lemon juice, lime zest, white grapefruit, pear, wet stones and white blossoms on the nose and palate. Lovely refreshing acidity and it went incredibly well with roasted potatoes and rosemary! This is a win!"
