This Syrah comes from grapes grown just south of the town of Los Alamos, along a stretch of Highway 101 frontage. A gentle punch down and almost two years in French Oak result in a smooth wine, with layers of dark fruits and pepper.

During fermentation, a technique called 'Punching Down' was used to submerge the cap of skins and solids, thereby increasing skin-to-juice contact.
This Syrah has spend almost 2 years in French Oak barrels.
