We ferment these white grapes on their skins, using the same process for a red wine, the wine was aged in neutral French oak barrels for 6 months before bottling. With notes of apricots, banana, orange peel and ripe pineapple, it’s a medium bodied wine that is like a tropical mimosa, no bubbles needed. Served chilled.

"✨ Time and time again Final Girl AMAZES me with their complexity, drinkability and overall deliciousness. This wine is INCREDIBLE and should be everyone's first orange wine. Unexpectedly fruit forward with a savory quality.  To be honest I wasn't sure about this wine. I've had orange wine before and although interesting I haven't found any to be very drinkable without a meal and even then some were a bit bitter for my taste, but this one, WOW!  It is a beautiful gold color.  👃 Aromas of dried apricot, mandarin orange peel, chervil, wet stone. Hints of green apple 🍏, white pepper. 👅 On the palate, dried apricot, dried apricot, dried apricot, ripe pineapple. Hig acidity Medium body High alcohol (13.5%) Long finish Price: $30 I want to pair this with a Moroccan tagine so badly! Especially one that calls for dried apricots. Would also be fantastic with a cheese plate and anything with walnuts."

"Incredibly aromatic. Can't tell if it's the color, but I'm totally getting orange soda aromas. Tropical fruit: mango and passion fruit; some peach, almond, and maybe a hint of floral notes. Texture is great with med acidity, medium plus alcohol, light/med body and just enough tannin to make it interesting! Orange wine can be overwhelming but this one is interesting and delightful!"
